Safety in production processes and environmental protection: these are the true 4.0 innovations.
The term sustainability is increasingly being used in the industrial field, whose primary objective is to act in the present, projecting towards the future: we do not mean only social development, but also an economic and ecological one, with particular attention to the management of the resources we have. Technological innovation linked to environmental and safety issues is one of the elements that determines the quality of a company and its products: it is not surprising that this happens in a moment of great awareness towards environmental issues and greater attention towards the problems the biosphere is facing.
“Our biosphere is being sacrificed so that rich people in countries like mine can live in luxury.
It is the sufferings of the many which pay for the luxuries of the few. “
– Greta Thunberg
